Unfortunately, sexual harassment, it happens more than I ever imagined until I came here and started working on these cases exclusively. If you're subjected to sexual harassment, the best thing you can do is report it, put it in writing. A lot of times it can be difficult to come forward. There's an imbalance of power, and I think a lot of people, especially women, feel that way. Our partner, Kelly Chanfrau, she's board-certified. She's been doing this for years. She's now plaintiff's attorney. She was a defense attorney, which means she knows how they think. You can expect a very professional environment, a safe environment. We are always available. We have a great team, but we're very closely knit. All of us just want to provide the most successful outcome for all of our clients. Most clients don't know where to begin. It's nice that we're able to provide them guidance about what to do next and how to handle any potential situation that they're dealing with.
