MR. MARSHALL BRADLEY: My name is Marshall Bradley. I'm a resident of Warm Beach, Florida. I've known Bill for quite some time. We went to school together at Seabreeze High School here in Daytona so I've known Bill since we were probably 17 or 18 years old. We had a situation happen to me three years ago in May. I had a driver come up from behind me; I had just pulled out of my complex and was going to play some golf and a guy they figured traveling about 80-90 miles an hour hit me from behind. It was a major impact. It caused my car to spin a couple of times and I was wrapped around a tree. What they thought when the rescue squad got there they looked at it and the first thing they thought was there's no way anybody could live through the accident. The only thing that was left of the car was my driver's seat and everything was compacted around me.
When the rescue squad got to me they had one of the fireman come in through the back window, they put me in a neck brace 'cause I was hurting pretty bad. It was amazement that I didn't have any broken bones but I think I had a guardian angel that rode with me that day. After they took the Jaws of Life to get me out of the car they transported me to the hospital at which I went through three to four hours of x-rays and various tests.
About three or four days after the accident I was home; I was laid up pretty bad and my neck was hurt pretty bad. I was aching all over. I called Bill. I've known Bill for quite some time like I said since high school and we've been friends. He had handled a case for my wife 20-25 years earlier when a guy actually hit her.
I called Bill and I said this is the situation. Highway Patrol charged the man but they didn't officially charge him because they were waiting for either drug or alcohol related testing that was being done on him. I let him know that. I said which way do you want to go, how are we going to handle this? He said basically give me the information, tell me who handled you, and give me the police officer's name and let me take it from there.
I turned it over to Bill. At that point I was very comfortable, I just sat back, and he told me what he was doing. Bill's such a professional and he's such a great family man and we've known his family for years but I trust him with everything in my power or within me to turn it over to him and not worry about it again.
Approximately 2-2½ years later without even having to go to court you know and all the paperwork and all the back and forth between the lawyers Bill got me a settlement, made sure that I had all the proper medical care for my neck and my injuries and we're still ongoing if anything should happen it's still basically an open case; if I need any further more help on this that Bill will be there for me.
I can't say enough for him and his staff. They have backed me 100% and I just feel, like I said earlier, very comfortable with Bill in everything he's done for me.
