William Chanfrau, Sr.:
Clients who walk into this office need a lawyer. They can't do it by themselves. They've been injured, they've been crippled, they've been devastated sometimes with a loss of a family member.
Kelly Chanfrau:
I would look for a lawyer and look for a firm that is going to give you the individualized attention that you deserve. And I think that at Chanfrau and Chanfrau that's one of the key components of our firm is we strive on giving all of our clients the individualized attention that they need. Because they only have one day in court. You only have one chance to make your presentation before a judge or a jury so it better be good.
William Chanfrau, Sr.:
They need an attorney. And we provide the tools necessary to address those needs. It's unique to any of the area of practice law.
William Chanfrau Jr.:
At Chanfrau and Chanfray, we handle all types of cases where someone has been injured. Whether it be a physical injury or a monetary injury through their employment. The most important thing to myself and my father and my sister at the end of a case, is that the client feels like not only that we have helped them but they are happy with our service. That we were there for them, answered their questions, and that when they do call us or refer someone back to us in the future they can rest assured that we will take care of their friends and family.
Kelly Chanfrau:
We are not a mass production firm. We only take cases that we believe in and only take cases that have merit. And only takes cases where we know we can achieve justice.
William Chanfrau Sr.:
We take on the insurance industry, corporate America. We take on defective products. We're the ones, frequently, that fight the establishment.
Kelly Chanfrau:
Over the years, Chanfrau and Chanfrau has been able to obtain millions of dollars for clients; all sorts of clients in all types of situations through excellent legal service, individualized legal service, and knowing the law and knowing the community here.
William Chanfrau Jr.:
We have the experience to handle your case, the dedication, the time, the resources. And more importantly, we want to make sure that you feel like you are the most important client in our office.
Kelly Chanfrau:
The family environment comes along in every aspect of our firm and also, when I take on a new client I always tell them, "Welcome to the family." So that they know that they can call us and we'll be here for them at any time like as if they were a family member.
William Chanfrau Sr.:
I can't think of any greater pleasure than coming to work in the morning with my son and daughter here. We sit down and drink coffee together. We talk about strategy in our cases. We founded our firm on the concept that we would remain small. We did not want to become a mega firm. We wanted to be a family-oriented practice that dealt with narrow areas of law so that we could effectively serve clients, know them, and do the best job possible.
William Chanfrau Jr.:
The greatest honor you could have as an attorney is when a former client refers you a case. And we take that very serious and it's an honor anytime someone refers us a case because that means that they think we're doing a good job.
William Chanfrau Sr.:
When my friends ask me, "What do you do, Chanfrau? What kind of lawyer are you?" I say, "Well, I represent the downtrodden and the oppressed. The widows and orphans and the sparrows in life who but from me, would have no voice."
