We want you to understand your rights and the compensation you may be entitled to. If we take your case, you won’t owe us a dollar unless we recover on your behalf.

When a client comes in for a consultation, the first thing that always do is we have them tell us their story, tell us what has happened to them, and provide them as much time to give detail on that they need. I don't rush that process because that's why the client is coming to us to begin with. After we discuss the situation, the incident, the accident, whatever it may be, then we talk about the liability component and who's responsible. That's important because the law varies from case to case and situation to situation with regard to legal liability or legal responsibility. Then I like the client to explain what injuries they've sustained, what they're going through, this incident accident has impacted them, so we can establish a course of action and make a determination, if it's a case that we can proceed on or not. The purpose of legal consultation is so that the clients understand their rights under the law, what the law says with regard to legal responsibility, liability, and in our cases, in what we do and damages, what those damages are, and what the client is entitled to. When a client comes to Chanfrau & Chanfrau, first and foremost, they are going to come first. You're not going to get voice mail. You're not going to get AI. You're going to be handheld through the entire process we're beginning to end. Of course, in our situation, if we don't recover anything, there is no fee and there are no costs. We only recover if our clients recover, and that's very satisfying.
